I spent years working with the best Italian pizza chefs and did a series of training courses in different regions of Italy… I had a dream… to have my own Ristorante…
This is how Lucca, the first, was born in 2003!
Wood-fired pizzas, genuine Italian products and my dedication to Italian cuisine were the ingredients that led us to success!! Then, there was the birth of La Finestra in 2009 and then our youngest son, Tavola Calda, who gave birth in 2012.
